Here's how to remove the front bumper cover. From underneath the truck, unplug the connector on the back side of your fog lights. Using a 17mm and a 12mm Socket, remove your skid plate mounting bolts (x6), then remove the skid plate. (Fig A)         Using a 10mm Socket, remove the lower Bumper Bolts (x6). Here's how to remove the rear bumper cover. Before you start, unplug the lights from both sides of the license plate. They should turn down and pull out. 3/4 Wrench to hold the nut from moving while using the 3/4 socket on the top. This is in the middle of the bumper above the hitch. Use a flathead screw driver to pop up those little squares up from the inside (closest to the license plate) and lift up. They do not pop straight up. Here's how to remove the front bumper cover. Move ALL the 10mm nuts that hold the Black plastic under tray parts to the bumper and the chassis. Pull off all the Black plastic under tray parts. Remove power connectors for Fog lights. Remove the front Indicators. Note: there are some 10mm nuts along the side (behind the indicator area) that hold the side of the bumper to the inner wing. Here's how to remove the rear bumper cover. With the hatchback open, roll the carpet away in the corners under the lighting clusters. In each corner, you'll see a reinforcing bracket - with a stud/nut between the side flanges: That is the upper mounting stud for the bumper frame.
